1. 9. Limitation of Liability SEO Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. SEO Provider's total liability will not exceed the amount paid by Client for the services.

10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in [jurisdiction], under [specific law].
